Matt and the guys did a brilliant job excavating and laying new foundations for our extension. They kept everything on track, cleared up after themselves and were very respectful of our garden.

We’ve had issues with other firms before, but not this time. Everything was done exactly how we wanted, and the team stuck to the original quote.

We had quite a large project involving excavation, drainage, trenching and a full concrete base. LM Groundworks took on the job with complete professionalism.

From the first call with Matt, I knew they were the right choice. The team were punctual, tidy and worked through poor weather without any complaints. Everything passed building inspection the first time, and they even returned after heavy rain to check everything was working as expected. That level of care and follow-up really sets them apart from the rest.

LM Groundworks carried out foundation and drainage work for our garden annexe. Communication was excellent throughout, and the standard of workmanship was really high.

The team kept the site tidy and completed everything right on time. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will be recommending to neighbours doing similar projects.
